Journal System

So instead of having Dorian guide you throughout what you've done on your quest and what you should be doing, I thought it would be more convienent and neat if there were to be a journal system.
Basically, you will receive a journal early on in the game. As Miresa goes throughout her journey, she will write an entry after each major event. They will describe what just happened, and what the party needs to do next.

There will also be a sidequests section that will list all of the current sidequests the party has taken up. After the sidequest is finished, it will be removed from the journal.

The journal itself has three tabs. The first tab lists the latest journal entry. The second tab lists in chronological order all of the previous journal entries, (so you can read about your past journal if you wish), and the third tab lists all the current sidequests.

New Spellsong

Alright, we're back from this long hiatus. I'll be sure to try and update this blog more often.

Currently, we're in the process of developing a new spellsong.

While we haven't decided who shall sing this song, candidates include:

Geography Day 4: Gemsinger's Point

Because I did not post yesterday, you get two posts today.

Name: Gemsinger's Point
Location: A few miles north of Telrain
BGM: Sage Fado - The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
Information: A rock formation where it is said that the fourth Gemsinger used an Earth spell to evade a jealous lord trying to become the Gemsinger.

Location: A few miles east from the Forest of Dawn
BGM: Visited Happiness - Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires
Information: This is the human capital of Shokiyu. Under the rule of Leria, this noble city thrives on its proud and respectable warriors.

Name: Forest of Dawn
Location: A few miles northeast from Telrain
BGM: Field4 - RPG Maker VX Ace
Information: This is a large and lush forest that flourishes in the sunlight. It connects Telrain to Selance, and is also home to the elven village, Coraira.

Geography Day 1: Telrain

Starting today, I will be giving information on the places you know and love of the video game.

Let's start with the starting town we are all familiar with: Telrain

Name: Telrain
Location: A few miles north of the shore of the Eastern Continent
BGM: Far Asian Fantasia - Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires
Information: This is the birthplace of Miresa and Bradlin. This is also the starting town of the adventure. It is home to Galia's temple, and is not too far from the Forest of Dawn.
